BUILDING A NEW NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM

More than Bones…

In 2011, the U-M Museum of Natural History which was located within LSA, launched an ambitious effort to build a new location. We created collaterals to drive funders across all levels and raised significant funds to assist in building the new facility. I played an active role in this project from the beginning to the end. Embedded among the labs at U-M's new Biological Sciences Building, the museum doesn't just preserve the past; it also shows off the latest in scientific research with interactive exhibits, new programming spaces, and a state-of-the-art Planetarium and Dome Theater! The new Museum is opening on April 14, 2019.
